A seminar on “Strategic Supremacy: How You Can Create Growth, Wealth and Power Through Spheres of Influence” was organized on Sunday by ALL LADIES LEAGUE at Yahvi Hotel, Vadodara. The Tuck School Professor emphasized on the need to maximize women participation and entrepreneurship in the country, to attain double digit growth in India.
The seminar emphasised on how India can foster its growth by encouraging women participation on a larger scale in more and more economic activities.
Prof. Richard D’Aveni, is among the top 20 management thinkers and one of the top 5 strategic thinkers in the world. He said “All that’s needed is equal participation of women across industry and provided the right framework, women leadership in the country can enable India to gain new heights.”
“Today, India and all of us are poised at a strategic moment in time - one as significant as the dawn of our Independence and one that can change in fundamental ways the way we live and think. What is critically required in such times is a strategic shift in our thinking process, and a new entrepreneurial mindset to chart out our own path of growth and influence” said Dr. Harbeen Arora, Global Chairperson, ALL Ladies League.

Several eminent dignitaries including members of ALL Ladies League and distinguished personalities from across the industry attended the seminar.
